I am responsible for any damage to Big Sky Oxygen LLC oxygen concentrator machines while in my possession. Machines that are returned broken or damaged will be charged the full cost of repair or a new oxygen concentrator as determined by Big Sky Oxygen LLC.

Oxygen therapy by way of oxygen concentrator is intended for the prevention and relief of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), or Altitude Sickness. No medical claims or cures are guaranteed. Oxygen delivered by way of non-rebreather mask or nasal cannula has proven to be highly effective for treating the symptoms of AMS. Recommended usage: During hours of sleep when breathing is shallow and when symptoms are their worst, also during the day as symptoms dictate.

I understand that Big Sky Oxygen LLC currently provides recreational oxygen only. We are not a medical provider and do not accept or fill prescriptions for oxygen or oxygen concentrator rentals. We do not bill insurance. Big Sky Oxygen LLC does not accept or make any medical claims and no cure is guaranteed.

By accepting this disclaimer, I release and hold Big Sky Oxygen LLC harmless from any adverse consequences, foreseen or unforeseen, whether real or perceived and assume full responsibility for my home or occupants, permanent or temporary, or any other users of the oxygen concentrator resulting from the rental and use of the oxygen concentrator. I acknowledge that all users of this oxygen concentrator rental have been notified and have acknowledged the release contained herein.

As per 21 U.S. Code § 360ddd–1(b)(2)(a)(i) - Regulation of medical gases: "Oxygen may be provided without a prescription for the following uses: (i) For use in the event of depressurization or other environmental oxygen deficiency." The high altitude of Big Sky is considered an environmental oxygen deficiency.
